钛纤维毡及镍纤维毡系列是一种孔隙率高、孔径成三维立体结构的钛纤维烧结毡。其工艺为钛金属经过特殊工艺制成微米级纤维,纤维经过无纺铺制、高温真空烧结,制成多孔材料,其独特的三维网络纤维和全联通孔隙结构使其拥有一系列特殊功能。

在电解水电制氢应用中,纤维毡毡具有较大的比比表面积、最合适的孔径、最优的透气性和孔隙率、以及最好的电解性能。与金属网相比纤维毡的比表面积更大与膜接触面更多可以降低接触电阻,与粉末烧结产品相比纤维毡孔隙率极高、孔径大有利于气体的排放和液体流通。钛纤维毡可以与多层钛网复合形成高强度且带流场的一体化产品;也可以使用金属钛粉在钛纤维毡表面加工微孔层得到更高的比表面积;另外可以在产品表面加工铂金镀层。

Titanium fiber felt and nickel fiber felt series are titanium fiber sintered felts with high porosity and a three-dimensional pore structure. Titanium metal is processed through a special process to form micron-sized fibers. These fibers are then laid on a non-woven surface and sintered at high temperature in a vacuum to create a porous material. The unique three-dimensional fiber network and interconnected pore structure provide a range of special functions. In hydroelectric hydrogen production applications, the fiber felts offer a large specific surface area, optimal pore size, optimal air permeability and porosity, and superior electrolytic performance. Compared to metal mesh, the fiber felts’ larger surface area and greater contact surface with the membrane reduce contact resistance. Compared to powder-sintered products, the fiber felts’ extremely high porosity and large pore size facilitate gas discharge and liquid flow.Titanium fiber felt can be combined with multiple layers of titanium mesh to form a high-strength, integrated product with a flow field. Alternatively, titanium powder can be used to create a microporous layer on the titanium fiber felt surface to achieve a higher specific surface area. Furthermore, the product can be coated with platinum.

镍纤维毡是一种使由纯镍金属制成的纤维毡,该产品具有三位立体网孔连贯的结构,可达到极高的孔隙率及孔径。镍纤维毡比对其他材质的扩散层,镍毡在AEM阳极侧钝化的能力更好,镍具有很强的钝化能力,在表面能迅速生成一层极薄的钝化膜,能抵抗大气、碱和某些酸的腐蚀;

相较于镍金属网及泡沫镍,镍纤维毡的比表面积更大与阴离子交换膜接触更多可以减少接触电阻,且镍纤维毡强度相较于这两种产品强度更高;得益于镍金属的稳定性和纤维毡的连续三维立体结构,镍纤维毡材料更适合在阴离子交换膜(AEM)电解槽中作为扩散层使用。镍纤维毡可以与多层镍网复合还可以使用镍金属粉末在表面形成微孔层,另可在该产品表面加工催化剂。

Nickel fiber felt is a fiber felt made of pure nickel metal. It features a continuous three-dimensional mesh structure, achieving extremely high porosity and pore size. Compared to other diffusion layers, nickel fiber felt offers superior passivation capabilities on the anode side of anion exchange membranes (AEMs). Nickel possesses strong passivation properties, rapidly forming an extremely thin passivation film on its surface that resists atmospheric corrosion, alkalis, and certain acids. Compared to nickel mesh and nickel foam, nickel fiber felt has a larger surface area, allowing for greater contact with the anion exchange membrane, reducing contact resistance. Furthermore, nickel fiber felt exhibits superior strength compared to these two products. Due to the stability of nickel metal and its continuous three-dimensional structure, nickel fiber felt is particularly suitable for use as a diffusion layer in anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolyzers.Nickel fiber felt can be composited with multiple layers of nickel mesh, and nickel metal powder can be used to form a microporous layer on its surface. Catalysts can also be processed on its surface.

粉末烧结材料采用金属粉末为原材料。经过冷等静压的成型后,通过高温真空烧结制成。通过选配金属粉末颗粒尺寸与工艺参数,可调整元件的孔隙大小与分布。利用不同材料的孔隙结构、材质成分、耐压强度等特点开发出最终适合用户所需的粉末烧结产品。

钛粉末烧结材料可以用于电解水制氢扩散层,该产品具有三维立体连贯的孔,有较高的刚性可以承受更高的压力;且粉末压制烧结后的材料,比表面积更大可以更好的与膜电极接触,从而降低接触电阻;该材料可实现超低孔径可以有效对液体起到精密的过滤分离效果。

Powder sintered materials use metal powder as raw material. After cold isostatic pressing, they are sintered at high temperature in a vacuum. By adjusting the metal powder particle size and process parameters, the pore size and distribution of the component can be adjusted. The pore structure, material composition, and compressive strength of different materials are utilized to develop a powder sintered product that is tailored to the user’s needs.Titanium powder sintered materials can be used in diffusion layers for hydrogen electrolysis. These materials feature three-dimensional, continuous pores, high rigidity, and the ability to withstand higher pressures. The increased surface area of the powder pressed and sintered material allows for better contact with the membrane electrode, reducing contact resistance. The ultra-low pore size of this material allows for precise filtration and separation of liquids.

多层烧结钛/镍网是采用多层拉伸网不同孔径的排列成梯度结构,后通过特殊的叠层压制与真空烧结等工艺制造而成;拉伸网是金属筛网的行业中一个品种,又称钢板网、冲剪网。使用金属板经冲剪、拉伸而成的具有菱形孔眼的板状网。

Multi-layer sintered titanium/nickel mesh is manufactured by arranging multiple layers of stretched mesh with different apertures into a gradient structure, and then processing them through special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering processes. Stretched mesh is a type of metal screen, also known as expanded metal mesh or punched and sheared mesh. It is a plate-shaped mesh with diamond-shaped holes made from metal sheets through punching, shearing, and stretching.
